Thank you, Lord!
Matt is resting quietly! He seemed to settle in a bit yesterday and last night, and his condition appears to be stable right now!
This morning, Mark referred to Matt’s current condition as “slow-cooking and simmering” when what we really want is a “microwave healing”. As friends and family, we know God is in charge of Matt’s life, it’s just hard to let things roll in God’s time rather than ours.
The meeting between the medical team and the Krause family did not happen yesterday because of scheduling difficulties. Although they will all gather together at some point, it is uncertain when it will happen.
Continue to pray for Matt’s healing. Lift up the Krause family, including their extended family members. The doctors and the nurses -- every person who comes into contact with Matt and his family -- are instruments of God. For now, our prayers are the best way we can stand in the gap for those who are weary and weakened by fear, grief, and regret.
“And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.” (1 Peter 5:10)

Thank you Lord for wonderful things you do for us. Thank you for giving Matt a good day and good night. Please continue to heal him and help us to be patience in your timing. We give all praise and glory to you. There's no other than can do what you do. Help the Krause family and extended family in their time of stress and exhaustion. Be with them and lift them up. When we reach up as far as we can, you'll reach down the rest of the way. Help us to believe that and totally depend on you for the miracle that we know you can perform. We ask all in your name. Amen
