Friends,

Sadly, I must report that Matt’s condition continued to weaken throughout yesterday and overnight. The medical team is fighting valiantly to care for Matt in the best and most aggressive ways possible. The family will meet with the medial staff today, possibly during the early afternoon hours, to consider important care and treatment options.

The Krause family asks that today we specifically pray for unity, comfort, and that all parties, medical and family, will have the clarity of mind and soundness of hearts needed today.

Beloved, be vigilant today! Each time Matt or a member of the family comes to mind, take a moment to whisper their names to the Father…

  2. We are in prayer for Matt. Please let us know if there is anything that we can do. Dear Heavenly Father, we ask that you be with the Krause Family, give them peace and comfort to know that you are in control and guide the hands of the medical staff but that You receive all the glory in the midst of this difficult time, that all eyes will remain on You. We trust you, Lord, to take care of Matt and no matter the outcome, we will praise You. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

  3. I don't know Matt, however I do know Stephine O'Conner and have had the pleasure of meeting several family members. This extended family are "good people". Like I said before I haven't meet Matt, however I feel I know him. Please know my thoughts and prayers are with Matt and the family. St. Joseph's Catholic Church, in Jesup, Ga have Matt on our prayer list. Fr. Keith, our pastor, will be saying Mass today for Matt. If ever I can do for anyone, please ask, but do know I am praying for you all. I think Matt has been extremly lucky to have the love & support from this awesome family.

  5. Matt, while you lay in the hospital, and unresponsive to the world around you, just know God is laying his hands on your body. Jesus is at your side. It is our prayer that you will be healed from the very top of your head to the very souls of your feet. That you will recover and have a testimoney to share with us and others. Abba father, hold in your arms this precious young man. Heal his injuries, restore his brain back to the perfect DNA you created in him. Continue down his body repairing the Lamamine (that substance the bonds all our insides together)in him. Comfort and strengthen his mother, father & sisters. We their friends and family are asking You for a miracle because we know YOU ABBA FATHER are a God of the impossible. We know you are a sovereigh God over details. We also know that YOU God do all things for our good and Your Glory. We will wait for your timing because we know your word in Luke 1:37 says that "For nothing is impossible with God" We are praying for the impossible.
Amen. Rest my frend Matt for God is at work, and we your friends, like your family will wait for your miracle to show itself.

  7. Please God work a miracle in Matt's life. I have been reading through the bible this morning at what i feel God was wanting to show me. Matthew 18:19-20 "Again I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. For where two or three come together in my name, there I am with them."

I truly feel that God will answer our prayers when two or more people get together our prayers will be answered. God answered our prayers when everyone was praying for my uncle. We all just need to stay positive.

Matthew 19:26 " With God all things are Possible." I believe that. God will do his will in Matt.

    Dear Heavenly Father,
we come to you now to pray for healing for matt Lord, we ask that you give the medical staff a clear mind and patience to do your work God. We come together God to just ask you for a miracle for matt. Lord we just pray that Matt continues to have the strength that we know he has, we pray for rest and comfort for matt's body lord. We thank you for everything you have done for him thus far, We pray that you just continue that for him. Father God I ask that you just put for loving arms around Mark,Nancy,Nikki, and Missy. Lord let them know that you are in control of what is going on. Let them know that your will be done Father. I just ask for a miracle. I know that all things are possible with you.
    In Jesus Name I Pray,
    Amen.
    With Love,

You guys have no idea how much you all mean to me. I'm so thankful for each of you. Nancy, Nikki, Matt, and Missy, I can't begin to thank you for sharing your husband and father with me and your family with mine. You each have had an incredible influence on me and my family. Mark, besides my parents, I've never felt God's presence more than when He spoke to me through you. You are a dear friend.
If there's ANYTHING I can do or ANYTHING any of you need, please let me know. Ive been lifting Matt in my prayers as soon as I heard. I pray God gives you wisdom, peace, and comfort during this time.
    God Bless you all.

  10. Krause family, please know that the Way family has been praying for you all often in these past few days. We've also prayed for you guys over the past few years, since we've come to know you.

Nothing is impossible with God. I know this, as we went through a milder scenario with Ashley. God can heal Matt. And HE is sovereign, and HE has this situation in HIS hands. We can do nothing without HIM. Put HIM in control, and Matt will be fine.

Steve and I love you all, and will be seeing you all soon, when Matt is in a regular room improving.

With much love and prayers, Liz for the Way's.

  12. Abba Father, we humbly come to you and lay our burdens at your feet. The children you bless us with are really only on loan to us when they call you the Lord of their lives. I intercede for Matt and his family and ask that you do that which only you can do - bring peace to the pain, healing to the injuries, strength to the weak and weary, and grace to all. We pray that all that has occurred and will occur will bring you glory and that we will keep our eyes firmly affixed on you! We love you Lord - help us as we wait on you!

  13. It is 1 AM on Nov. 24th (my daughter's birthday), and I feel a strong need to share my experience with Matt's dad, Mark, my former Pastor. My son was a drug addict, and Dan Cummings prayed the "whatever it takes prayer, to get my son off drugs" on a Sunday morning. (Mark had taught us to pray that when nothing else worked). WIthin 12 hrs, my son was being kept alive with machines, after a drug overdose. After riding from Georgia to Arkansas, I called Mark and asked, "HOW can I praise God for this result from our prayers"(Mark taught us to give God the praise, no matter what the answer was! Mark said, "That WAS what it took to get your son off drugs, and because he was a Christian, he is now in heaven with God , and you'll get to see him again, someday". IF Mark Krause had NOT been my Pastor when my son died, I KNOW that I KNOW that I would've NOT made it thru the coming months/years, following his death. But, due to Mark's teachings, I was able to have peace and joy again. I SO miss my son, Trey, but know I'll get to see him again, when I die and live eternally in Heaven!!! THANK YOU MARK KRAUSE for your teachings! You were an awesome Pastor at HHBC!!!!

  14. Several years ago, when Matt visited our deer lease with Ollie, I talked with Matt occasionally. I came to know Matt as an intelligent teenager, smart beyond his years. Instead of giving him advice on many subjects, he was giving this 70'ish deer hunter tips & advice. He was an outgoing, personable young Christian. It's such a tragedy to lose Matt, so young with his future unfullfilled. Our loss is Heaven's gain. Now if GOD needs tips & advice -----
